Behavioural work may involve a fair amount of activity from the horse. It doesn't require a high level of fitness, however the horse must not be lame. Please let me know as soon as possible if your horse becomes lame or you are unable to keep an appointment for any reason at all, thank you!

Healing is a complimentary therapy. It is not intended to replace or act as an alternative to conventional treatments given by the vet. The Protection of Animals Act requires that if an animal needs treatment from a veterinary surgeon the owner must obtain this. The Veterinary Surgeons Act prohibits anyone other than a qualified veterinary surgeon from treating animals, including diagnosis of diseases and injuries and advice based upon a diagnosis. The healing of animals by the laying on of hands is completely legal - However, owners are required to advise their veterinary surgeon of the intention to use complementary therapy
